We had the most incredible stay at Chileno Bay for our 2nd wedding anniversary. The service was truly top notch - they made us feel special every chance they got. From walking into our room with chocolate covered strawberries and happy anniversary on the TV, to congratulating us at breakfast, Chileno Bay staff really is incredible. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable bed, designed well, etc. The food at Yaya, Comal and the pool were all delicious. This was the first time I’ve stayed at Chileno Bay but due to what an unbelievable weekend it was my husband & I agreed that we must come back for future anniversaries. An absolutely spectacular hotel, staff and experience. Truly one of our favorite weekends of the entire year.

If you ever wonder what is like to be treated like royalty, this is the place. I had a wonderful vacation at this resort with top of the line service. The staff here is amazing. I want to thank Daniel, Alejandro, Gustavo, Ernesto, Jason, Mario, Boris, and David. I have no complaints at all, I highly recommend this resort. Snorkeling is a must at Chileno Bay.

Chileno Bay is absolutely stunning, but what truly sets it apart from other hotels is the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fernanda, who took incredible care of us throughout our entire stay. She handled all of our reservations, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and was always just one text away. Fernanda was consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property—she truly made our experience unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The food was also excellent, especially at Yaya, which quickly became a favorite. Every team we encountered—from the restaurant and pool staff to housekeeping, concierge, and front desk—was superb and attentive. Another huge highlight is the beach. Unlike many Cabo resorts, Chileno Bay has a swimmable beach, and we loved being able to use the canoes and paddleboards right from the shore. Overall, we highly recommend Chileno Bay for its beauty, comfort, and outstanding service. A special thank you again to Fernanda for going above and beyond—she made all the difference in our stay.

Our stay at Chileno Bay Resort & Residences was nothing short of extraordinary — and that is entirely because the hospitality is on another level. Truly. I have never experienced anything quite like it. From the moment you step onto the property, you feel it. Every single person you pass — every staff member — looks you in the eye, smiles genuinely, and says hello. Not in a rehearsed, transactional way, but in a warm, present, we see you way. Walking around the resort feels like being welcomed into a community that actually cares. The attention to detail, the anticipation of needs before you even voice them, the consistency of kindness across every interaction — it’s pristine. Flawless. Elevated beyond anything I’ve experienced at other luxury properties. The pool vibe is impeccable — relaxed but refined, buzzy without being chaotic. And the team there absolutely makes it. Dennis and Daniel were exceptional. Attentive without hovering, personable without being overbearing, and always one step ahead. They remembered preferences, checked in thoughtfully, and made every pool day feel effortless and special. They embody the spirit of the resort. And then there’s TnT — wow. The food is incredible. Some of the best guacamole I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced, impossibly fresh — and the tacos? Next level. Bright flavors, beautiful execution, and the kind of dishes you think about long after you leave. Casual beachfront dining executed at the highest level. Chileno Bay isn’t just beautiful (and it absolutely is) — it’s the hospitality that sets it apart. The warmth, the eye contact, the consistency, the genuine kindness from every single person on property. That’s rare. And that’s what makes this place unforgettable. We cannot wait to return.

This was our second trip to this location, this time for our babymoon. The staff not only went above and beyond with some fun extras, but the location, facility, food, and service remain top notch. We will certainly be back in the future. Shoutout Eduardo for making sure everything was great.

Beautiful resort and property. From the time you arrive, until the time you leave, it’s 5 stars across the board. The staff are amazing and beyond friendly. I love a good beach and most of the resorts in Cabo do not have swimmable beaches, however, Chileno does with excellent snorkeling. The food is outstanding, & drinks are yummy. I could see us bringing our kids back to the resort too. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Chileno Bay Resort by Auberge was nothing short of spectacular — truly a five-star experience from beginning to end. We were able to book this resort at an INCREDIBLE discount (TikTok: luxurytraveldeals or dm me @kalianacantrell on IG). Typically this stay runs $1K/night, but we got a rate at $1,800 total for 4 nights. So we didn’t mind splurging for the on-site restaurants during our stay. It was absolutely well worth it. Cabo resorts can be hit or miss, do not second guess this property — even those who are traveling as a family will absolutely love this place. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t have to lift a finger. The concierge and staff anticipated every detail and went above and beyond to arrange special touches throughout our stay. What stood out most was the service: warm, genuine, and consistently top-tier. Everyone radiated such positive energy that it was clear they genuinely love what they do. After visiting other nearby resorts, it was obvious that Chileno Bay’s service is on a whole other level. The included activities and spa amenities were a highlight. The spa itself is a true gem, and I loved that you can access the world-class facilities even without booking a treatment — it elevated our entire experience. The fitness center is state-of-the-art, with every machine you could want, plus incredible classes like sound healing and fitness sessions led by inspiring instructors. Pickleball courts, water sports, and wellness activities rounded out the offerings perfectly. The restaurants were phenomenal — every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh, creative, and delicious. Dining here feels like an experience in itself. During our stay, thousands of butterflies surrounded the property, adding a magical touch to an already beautiful setting. Another standout is the security and privacy. The property is fully gated with multiple checkpoints, which made us feel incredibly safe. A complimentary shuttle connects guests to their sister resort, Esperanza, and the concierge will happily arrange curated day trips if you’d like to explore. Honestly though, the resort is so amazing that we didn’t feel the need to leave all week. The beach is swimmable, though the waves can be rough — but that hardly matters, because the pools are stunning, with an unbeatable vibe and attentive staff. The rooms themselves are perfection: plush beds, luxurious bathrooms, and thoughtful touches everywhere. Chileno Bay is a rare place where luxury, wellness, and heartfelt hospitality converge. It’s a resort that makes you feel cared for on every level. We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our return. It was a wellness retreat for us! Without question: 5 stars, highly recommended.
